Returns

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise. It is the customer's responsibility to check their shipment for damage or defects as soon as package is received. We guarantee that your items will be as described.  If you notify us by email (form below) of defective or incorrect merchandise within 3 days of receipt,we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.  We will not be held responsible for damage or defects on products after they are used or beyond the 3-day time period.  Note:  We do not consider a color variation to be a product defect.  Digital cameras and computer monitors register colors in a variety of shades and hues.  If you are unsure about a color, email us for more information before you order.

Change of mind or size issues.  Please read the item descriptions and measurements carefully before you buy.  We will accept "change of mind" returns for store credit only,with prior authorization. The store credit will be in the form of a credit certificate number that will be emailed to you and can be used towards another purchase from our store.    This is not an automated system, so please keep in mind that we are in the Pacific time zone and will respond during our business hours. Please read the the following guidelines:

  • You must obtain a return merchandise authorization(RMA) prior to return by contacting us within 10 days of receipt of your merchandise. Sale, clearance or discontinued patterns are not returnable.
  • The item must be returned within 10 days of RMA issue.  The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Packages without a return authorization may be refused or a 20% restocking fee may be imposed.
  • The item must be in original,saleable condition, with original packaging and any original tags intact and attached. Please package carefully to prevent damage.
  • Apparel and/or fabric merchandise must be free of the scent of cigarette smoke or perfume, free of pet hair,and spot-free.  Otherwise we can not consider it as new. Pajama bottoms are NOT returnable.
  • If the merchandise is not received in original condition, your return credit may be reduced by from 50% to 100%.
  • On store credit returns,shipping costs will not be refunded. 
  • Sale, clearance, discontinued, described as retired styles, pajama bottoms,and holiday theme merchandise is not returnable.

In any case, please contact us in advance (by filling out the form below) of your desire to return an item. 

Other Notes:
Orders that are refused and returned to us will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Orders that are cancelled after they have shipped will be charged a 20% restocking fee, if the package is returned within 10 days of shipping. Orders that are returned to us because the customer entered their address incorrectly or were unclaimed, will be charged an additional shipping fee to re-ship the package.
